We are a fully independent family owned business with over 14 years’ experience in the pest control industry. Customers who have never experienced pest problems can easily be misled into having work carried out that is not necessary and are invariably charged inflated prices.
This is why we operate an entirely transparent policy on pricing, always advising on cost before the work proceeds. We operate our business on sound ethical and moral grounds and we believe that our customer’s needs come first.
We never ask for any payment until all works have been carried out in accordance to our customer wishes.
Our sales team is not paid on a commission basis therefore you can be sure we only quote for work which has a direct effect on pest issues.
What R.E.D Pest Control stands for
Any pest management system needs to have at its core the basic principles of good pest control. These are:
Restriction
This refers to any issues on site which pests could use to feed on or set up home in. E.g. food spillages, overgrown vegetation, sub floor or roof voids, etc.
Exclusion
How are or how could pests enter the premises? These gaps require to be closed. This practice is also known as proofing and covers the fixing of systems designed to deter birds from buildings.
Destruction
A comprehensive system of baits, traps and monitor points should be placed throughout the premises to ensure any pests are quickly and effectively controlled. These can include bait boxes, fly killers, insect monitor stations, etc.
